Privacy at Hotels Daily
The short version, in plain words. Last updated October 24, 2026.
Who we are
Hotels Daily is a day-use booking service: you book hotel rooms, pools and spas by the day and pay the hotel directly.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email, optional phone number, party size, and the day and hours you book.
- Account email (optional): you can book without an account. If you sign in (by email link, no password), your email signs you in and shows your booking history.
- Technical basics: like any website, the providers that host and run the service process your browser's technical request (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages.
What we do not collect
- No payment details. You always pay the hotel directly; Hotels Daily never sees or stores a card number.
- Our own code does not include advertising or cross-site tracking scripts.
How we use it
- To make and manage your booking: confirm it with the hotel, show its status, and let you cancel through your private management link.
- To show your booking history if you sign in.
- To keep the service running and fix errors. Server errors may be logged with technical detail by the hosting platform.
Who receives it
- The hotel you book receives your name, email, phone (if you gave it) and party size, because the hotel provides your stay.
- The providers that run the service: our hosting platform (Lovable) and our database and sign-in provider (Supabase).
- If we turn on email delivery, our email provider (Resend) will process your address to deliver booking emails. Email sending is currently off.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google servers when displaying pages. Per Google's published FAQ, those requests carry your IP address, the requested URL, browser/OS headers and the page referer; Google states the Fonts API sets no cookies and does not use this data for profiles or ads.
- Our hosting platform adds its own operational scripts and may receive error reports (for example, which page had a problem).
Cookies and storage
We keep your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in, your display-currency choice in local storage (no account needed), and one interface-preference cookie in the admin area. Our own code sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; the hosting platform's operational scripts are described above.
How long we keep it
Hotels Daily does not automatically delete booking or account data today; records are kept so hotels can honour past and upcoming stays and so your booking history remains available.
Your choices
- Every booking has a private management link: check its status or cancel it there, no account needed.
- You can use the service without an account.
