How do I pay for a day-use booking?
You always pay the hotel directly. Hotels Daily never takes cards or payments on behalf of hotels.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free until 24 hours before your slot starts. A later cancellation is marked as late, and Hotels Daily never charges a cancellation fee.
How far ahead can I book?
Bookings open up to one month ahead, counted in the hotel's local time.
What is a day-use booking?
A hotel room, or where offered spa or pool access, for a few daytime hours instead of an overnight stay. You pick the date and the exact arrival and leaving times shown on the offer.
Is the listed price the final price?
The listed offer price is the base rate. When taxes, fees or a refundable deposit are recorded for an offer, they appear on the booking page before you confirm; otherwise the hotel may add them at check-in.
